Italian Government To Introduce Caravan Tax If Andy Carroll Joins Milan

Italian government to force thru caravan tax law if Milan move for Liverpool Football Club’s Andy Carroll.

Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti today announced that he would be seeking parliamentary backing for a new Caravan Tax to help his country’s crippling debt crisis.

The news follows media speculation that Liverpool Football Club have had interest from Milan over the £35m Liverpool striker.Liverpool’s new manager Brendan Rodgers is unsure of the Geordies role at the Merseyside club but no confirmation has been released through the clubs official representatives.

Prime Minister Monti although flabbergasted by the news that Milan have being eyeing Andy Carroll he is also aware that the current economic crisis can throw up the strangest of situations. As such he is keen to have in place specific clauses in the Italian Tax Laws in order to be able to strike should Milan be foolish enough to make an actual bid for Carroll and it be accepted.

Fears of an influx of Gypsy caravans heading to Italy due to the Andy Carroll speculation have motivated the Italian Prime Minister as it is felt money from the new tax will hopefully help reduce the Italian deficit.

Carroll who has only been at Liverpool for a season was surprised that is local Italian  restaurant would want to buy him in the first place.

His agent Paddy Doherty confirmed that Andy would be willing to transfer as long as he can park his caravan near the premises without fear of his partners ex-boyfriends torching his caravan in the middle of the night.

Merseyside police have welcomed the news after numerous complaints from local residents in and around the Stanley Park area. This has been due to alleged late night Gypsy parties at Carrolls illegally parked caravan on Stanley Park.

One frightened local resident was scared so much by the noise of wild abandoned tambourine bashing she has gone in to sheltered accommodation and cannot go near a Salvation Army centre without having severe panic attacks.
